Shipping Policy

At OOPNIK, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the terms under which we process, ship, and deliver your orders. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

1. Domestic Shipping

  • We currently ship only within India.
  • FREE SHIPPING is available on all prepaid orders.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a small handling fee may apply.
  • Estimated delivery time: 5–6 working days from the date of dispatch (excluding weekends and public holidays).

2. Dispatch Timeline

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–4 working days after confirmation.
  • During peak periods (festivals, sales, strikes, natural calamities, or lockdowns), dispatch timelines may extend by an additional 5–7 days.
  • Customers will be notified via email/SMS in case of any delays.

3. Delivery & Receiving Orders

To ensure smooth delivery:

  • Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address with a valid phone number.
  • Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If the order remains undelivered, it will be returned to us.
  • In case of receiving a damaged, tampered, or opened parcel, kindly do not accept it and inform us immediately at support@oopnik.com with supporting photos/videos.
  • For added safety, we encourage customers to record an unboxing video and take time-stamped photos within 24 hours of delivery.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email.
  • You can track your order anytime on the courier partner’s website.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders (Prepaid or COD) can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing us at support@oopnik.com or calling 9257114065.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or recalled.

6. Payment Options

We offer safe and secure payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards – All major cards accepted.
  • Net Banking
  • UPI & eWallets
  • COD (Cash on Delivery) – Available on orders up to ₹4,999.
  • Credit Notes – Issued via email, valid for 30 days, and can be applied once on our official website.
