Refund, Exchanges And Return Policy

At OOPNIK, every product is created with care and attention to detail. We strive to ensure accuracy in product descriptions and maintain strict quality checks before dispatch. However, we understand that there may be situations where cancellations or exchanges are required. Please review our policies below:

Exchange Policy

Product Accuracy & Quality Checks

  • All products undergo thorough inspection before dispatch to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.
  • Please note that minor variations in color, texture, or fabric finish may occur due to digital display or handcrafted processes and will not be considered defects.

Exchange Eligibility

  • Domestic Orders Only: Exchanges are applicable only for deliveries within India.
  • Condition of Items: Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.
  • Exclusions: Exchanges will not be accepted for size/color preferences, sale items, accessories, or customized orders.

Exchange Process

  1. Request Submission: Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery at support@oopnik.com or 📞 9257114065.
  2. Processing Fee: A nominal fee of ₹300 per product will be charged for exchange requests.
  3. Direct Shipping (Optional): Customers may ship items directly to our return address at their own cost, sharing courier details with us.
  4. Reverse Pickup: Upon confirmation of exchange and processing fee, OOPNIK may arrange a reverse pickup (where serviceable).
  5. Quality Inspection: Once received, items will undergo inspection. If approved, the replacement will be dispatched within 7–10 working days.
  6. Non-availability: If the requested product/size is unavailable, a credit note valid for 30 days will be issued.

Cancellation Policy

Customer Cancellations

  • Orders (Prepaid or COD) can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement only.

OOPNIK Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled by OOPNIK in cases of:

  • Unavailability of fabric/material.
  • Incorrect product listings/pricing errors.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity.
  • In such cases, full refunds will be initiated for prepaid orders.

Cancellation Charges

Prepaid order cancellations after placement may incur a 2–3% deduction (payment gateway fees).

Refund Policy

No Returns/Refunds: OOPNIK does not offer returns or cash refunds once products are sold and delivered, except in cases of:

  • Damaged products on delivery (must be supported with unboxing video & photos within 24 hours).
  • Wrong item shipped by OOPNIK.
  • Sale Items: Products sold under “Sale” or “Discount” categories are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Credit Notes: For approved cases, store credit will be issued (valid for 30 days).

Important Notes

  • Customers are advised to record an unboxing video at the time of opening their package to support claims for damage/missing items.
  • Exchanges and cancellations are allowed only once per order.
  • OOPNIK is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, or unforeseen events.
